UA Tech Park at The Bridges - Research Facility Concept | Revit

Designed and developed a four-story academic research facility. Produced a multi-level BIM model and a complete construction document set, including floor plans, building sections, wall section details, and construction details.

Coffee Shop MEP Systems | Revit

Multi-discipline MEP coordination for a quick-service coffee facility. Modeled mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a shared Revit environment. Deliverables included duct routing plans, reflected ceiling plan, plumbing distribution plan, and MEP isometric views.

Habitat for Humanity Home | AutoCAD

Produced a complete construction document set for an 800 sq. ft. single-family residence. Deliverables included floor plan, foundation plan, exterior elevations, building sections, and wall section detail. Designed to IRC standards and local Tucson requirements.

Lake Cabin Renovation | Revit

Residential renovation design modeled and documented in Revit. Scope included existing conditions survey, demolition plans, and proposed construction drawings. Deliverables included existing and proposed floor plans, demolition plan, interior elevations, and schedules.

Corbett Restaurant | Revit

Designed and produced a 10-sheet drawing set for a one-story commercial restaurant. Deliverables included site plan, floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, roof plan, elevations, building sections, wall sections, enlarged views, and 3D views.
