Project Overview

This project features a one-story restaurant with patios, a full kitchen, a bar, a reception area, a dining area, and service corridors. The focus was on maintaining flow between public and private zones while maximizing guest comfort and staff efficiency.

Design Approach

Modeled in Revit, the design used parametric tools to refine layout organization and visualize spatial relationships. Construction documentation ensured clarity for future development potential.
