Wellness Activity Center | Revit | Community Facility Design + Documentation
Community health and wellness facility totalling over 16,000 SF of conditioned space, developed in Revit for the CCCA 2025 Student Design Competition. Designed for a rural Maine site with climate-responsive orientation, ADA compliance, and year-round usability. Deliverables: floor plan, site plan, and Twinmotion interior and exterior renderings across multiple program spaces.
Floor plan — program layout across fitness, education, counseling, childcare, and support spaces.
Site plan — building placement, parking, mobile clinic zone, and site context.
North entrance — exterior approach and entry conditions.
North lobby — reception and circulation hub.
Counseling/Tele Health Office
Demonstration kitchen — nutrition instruction and healthy cooking program space.
Gym — fitness and group exercise space.
Childcare room — dedicated space supporting parent participation in wellness programs.
East courtyard and playground — outdoor recreation and community gathering.
